Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant in Andover

Very disappointed that the staff are not wearing masks or gloves and people aren’t being seated with space between them - No Covid precautions at all. Love the food but won’t be going back anytime soon.

They went out of their way to take care of our large family gathering for Father's day they make sure all the details were taken care of

Ordered carry out. Delicious! We will go back for a dine in experience after the quarantine.

Food is tasty, been there before. Same last night, but middle of the night my other half had cramps and all those things that go with it. Early this morning the same with me. Food poisoning. Both of us been on the restroom nonstop the last 2 hours. Now on thinking back that no one wore masks. Makes me think that there is a lack of sanitary awareness for food prep and for concern of customers health during the C19 situation. Been a customer, but not going back now.

Delicious as always!! I do notice some nasty dirt or splatters on the walls that could use cleaning. Decent prices as well.

Fresh authentic style Mexican food. Owner /manager always seems a bit like he doesn't want to be there but the family size meals are a time saver and delicious.

Update May 16th, sixth time here. Just as fantastic as the previous five. Great food,good service, clean first class place. ,First time here. All items were fabulous. Wait staff was friendly, fast, and helpful. Unique flavor. Update 04-18-19, made our second visit this evening. Just a good as the first visit. I believe this is one of my favorite mexican places to eat. Update 05-06-2019, fifth visit, still very good food. Quick accurate service. Very clean. For sure my newest favorite Mexican food restaurant. So far we have tried 18 different menu items. No complaints on any of the choices

Looks better than it tastes. Meat lacked seasoning. They seemed to rely on cheese.

Awesome food! Steak fajitas were the best!

Great price for the amount of food. Everything we got from there was delicious. We ordered to go and food was hot and fresh. Service was wonderful too. The young lady who took my order over the phone was very sweet and more so in person when she grabbed our order and rang it up. Will be back

The food was excellent, served hot. There was so much I couldn't eat it all. The service was great.

Service was slow. Our meals came out cold. We waited over a hour to get our meal. My son's still hadn't come out. My cheese in my pablano was already hard. After feeling how cold it was we asked for manager. He offered to give us 30% off. We said we're still waiting on son's plate and you just brought out cold food. He stated they can recook our food. I declined. He started taking plates away and walked away. 10 minutes later I had to flag him down and find out what's going on. He stated that they had a big party so it was going to take a bit. I said I'll pay for out drinks but not for cold good and a plate that never came out. He walked away again. So we just left.

Was told of this place did we tried it and were impressed and will return again

New place i tried when I went to Andover. Food was delicious. You must try it out. Staff very friendly.

I have always been pleased with the service here, and the food is amazing. Best place in Andover!

We went for lunch and it was really good. I love that there were vegetarian options. Everything came out hot and was delicious.
